Eric Bjornsen focuses on commercial buying, sales and leasing opportunities and brings with him a wealth of experience. Through his no pressure style he has provided exceptional service to clients since 2007. His initial Commercial Real Estate emphasis was with medical office users, and soon expanded into other sectors, including industrial, multifamily, and retail.
One of the biggest complaints he hears from clients who were trying to work with other agents is that no one would call back on an inquiry, or the properties listed on their sites were already sold or leased out. Eric makes sure he delivers excellent customer service by taking into consideration your needs, your timeline and calling back!
